Paul Murphy

Murphy, Paul V. Paul was born, raised, and educated in Michigan, and the state was always in his heart no matter where he was. After working at five VA hospitals, including those in Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Saginaw, Michigan, Roseburg, Oregon, and Ft Wayne, Indiana, he retired as the Chief Financial Officer at the Battle Creek VA. Paul is survived by his wife, Wendy, stepson, Sean Jackson, and sister, Carol Payette, and her children, John, Paul, and Anne. Paul loved to travel and explore. Travels in Michigan and to Canada, Key West, England, and Ireland included fishing trips which he enjoyed with friends and family. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held in the future. In lieu of flowers please consider making a gift to the American Diabetes Association.
