Paul Morgan, age 91, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 5, 2019. Paul was born on February 9, 1928 to Marvin & Cordie (Jones) Morgan. Military honors and burial will take place on Friday, September 13, 2019 at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Encounter Church; 202 S. Sherwood Ave. in Plainwell from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 13, 2019. Paul’s family includes his wife of 70 years, Fern; his children: Linda (Bob) Mollitor, Darline Rietkerk and Joy (Dan) Agy; grandchildren: Allen (Nora) Mollitor, Ben Mollitor, Sarah Austin, Clayton Rietkerk, Brandon (Jessica) Brewer, Cody Brewer (Lexi Schmitt) and Emma Agy; great grandchildren: Ellie Brewer, Waylon Brewer, Morgan Dailey and Zoey Brewer as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers: George Morgan, Melvin Morgan and Ivron Morgan. Paul retired from James Rivers in 1983. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. He enjoyed working with his horses. He fixed lawn mowers and resold them. He loved to go auctions and yard sales. He was always outside working in his yard or barn. He loved his family and will be deeply missed.
