Patsy Ruth Hoover, 87, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, in Holland. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Second Reformed Church, 225 E. Central Ave., Zeeland. Burial will be in Zeeland Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lakeshore Memorial Services.
