Patricia Miles

Miles, Patricia L. Of Otsego, MI Patricia Lee Miles, age 84, passed away June 3, 2020 at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo, MI. Patricia was born August 7, 1935 in Otsego, MI, the daughter of Earl and Iola (Stevens) Morrison. She was employed throughout the years as a civil servant as an administrative assistant for NASA and accounting at Ft. Benjamin Harris. Patricia enjoyed writing books (historical & fiction), genealogy, art (oil & acrylic), and crocheting. In 1977, she was united in marriage to William Miles, who preceded her in death in 2016. She was also preceded by her children Terry Douglas and Kathi Douglas; her sister Marcia Cox. Surviving are her children, Michael (Debra) Douglas, Kevin Douglas and Kelly (Amanda) Douglas; 14 grandchildren; and many great and great-great-grandchildren; siblings Sandra Ackerman, Anita (Dan) Agy, Elaine (Rick) Hudson, Diana Morrison, Richard (Cathy) Morrison, Sharon (Randy) Bellingar, Sandra Lapham, Calvin Morrison; many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service and burial (in Ft. Custer National Cemetery) will be held at a later date.
