Patricia Ann Buckert ("Pat) passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025, at the age of 75 after a seven-year battle with melanoma. Born in Battle Creek, Michigan on August 24, 1950, Pat lived most of her life in the Mattawan and Kalamazoo, Michigan areas.

Known for her vibrant and warm spirit, Pat was a true people-person who cherished the friendships she made throughout her life. As the Practice Manager of Plastic Surgeries of Kalamazoo ("PSK"), Pat's spirit made a lasting impact on both staff and patients alike. While working full-time for 41 years at PSK, Pat also owned and operated Patti Ann's Teddy Bears and Dollies where she created mohair teddy bears, taught porcelain doll making and operated a doll hospital for over 15 years. Her creativity and curiosity led her to explore China painting, putty sculpting, and needlework.

In 2017 Pat retired and moved to The Villages, Florida. At The Villages, she learned the art of colored pencil painting and taught classes in this art form. She also became a gifted quilt maker.

Pat was preceded in death by her father, Orsen Camfield; her mother, Ruth (Camfield) West; her stepfather, William West; her baby brother, Bruce Camfield; and her stepbrother, Jerry West.

Pat is survived by her loving family- husband Jim Buckert; son Scott and Penny Goff; grandsons Kai Goff (Jolie Taylor), Kody and Thalia Goff, and Kameron Goff (Brittani Lopez); great-grandchildren Deegan, Ivy, Kaiden, Penelope, and Willow; brother Robert and Dawn Camfield; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for January 17, 2026, at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home in The Villages, Florida.

Pat is deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.
