Pamela McDonald

Pamela Lynn McDonald passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at the age of 70. Pam was born on September 20, 1951, in Lansing, MI to Bud and Marlene (Elliott) Brock. She was employed at Ascension Borgess Hospital as a physical therapy assistant. Pam loved the outdoors, in her younger years she even spent a summer working at Yosemite National Park. She loved the water, especially Charlevoix, which she called her "Happy Place". Pam also enjoyed hiking, biking, flower gardening, was an excellent cook and loved travelling to the Caribbean. Pam is survived by her husband of 33 years, Todd McDonald; mother, Marlene Brock; sister, Debbie (Mike) Abraham; her beloved cats, Tiggy and Sofie; and a host of very dear friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her father, Bud Brock; and brother, David Brock. A Memorial Service will take place at 12:00pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services 3926 S 9th St. Kalamazoo, MI 49009. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 11:00 to 12:00. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Humane Society of Kalamazoo or the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission, in memory of Pam.
