Norma Fox

Fox, Norma Jean age 91, of Augusta, passed away peacefully at home on July 3. Born March 14, 1931 to Ray and Louise Armour. She graduated from W.K. Kellogg high school in 1949. She obtained her nursing degree from Kellogg Community College in 1970. She retired from working in surgery after 20 years of service.She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Fox in 1981. Also preceded in death her parents, Ray and Louise Armour, a sister, Mary Lou Winslow, a sister Linda Armour, and a brother Gary Armour. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, crafts and spending time with her family. There was no place she enjoyed more than being at her cottage up north. She is survived by daughters Cathy Fox, Marshall and Sharon Fox (Les Henson) , Richland. Also, surviving a sister, Phyllis Miller, Florida, a brother Richard Armour, Marshall, a brother, Jim Armour, California, Norman Armour, Nevada along with many neices and nephews. A Memorial service is planned for Friday, July 29 at Yorkville Community Church, Richland at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions can be made in her name to Kalamazoo Animal Rescue, 2938 Business One Dr. Kalamazoo, MI 49009, or Centrica Care Navigators/Hospice, 7100 Stadium Dr. Kalamazoo, MI 49009.
