Macomber, Nancy 8/24/1936 - 10/20/2022 Kalamazoo, MI Nancy Macomber, 86 of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 20, 2022. She was born on August 24, 1936 to her parents, Harold and Vesta Hazel. Nancy is remembered as a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She loved reading books, going to garage sales with her daughter and grandson, listening to gospel music, especially her favorite CD "Alan Jackson: Precious Memories". Her faith was very important to her and was something that she found comfort in. Nancy was a kind, dependable and giving person. She would do anything for someone in need. Nancy was famous for the homemade rolls that she would make for everyone to enjoy. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Nancy is survived by her daughter, Diann (Dale Barrons) Batterbee; her grandson, Josh Batterbee; Her granddaughter, Becky (Jeromy) Logue, her great grandchildren, Annaka and Zoey Logue and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Sharon Macomber; her granddaughter, Angie Bronson and her brothers and sisters. At the family's request, Cremation has taken place and no services are schedule at this time. Arrangements are by Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care.
