Nancy Lukins

Lukins, Nancy Lee Three Rivers Nancy Lee Lukins passed away on January 20th, 2017 at 1:35pm. She was the daughter of Merrit & Goldie Butler. She was married to Harold Duane Lukins on December 14, 1952. She graduated from Vicksburg High School in 1953. After Duane returned from the Korean War in 1954, they traveled to all 50 states. Duane passed away in 2010. She worked at the American National Bank for five years. In 1967 she started at Portage Public Schools as a secretary and the last 10 years as executive secretary for the superintendent. She retired in 1992. Harold and Nancy spent their winters in Florida and Texas. She is survived by her children, Stephen Lukins and his wife Kim and her grandsons, Noah and Joseph Lukins. Her daughter Suzan Clipfell and her husband Bill Clipfell. Also her dear best friend, John. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday January 25th in the Cathedral at Valley Family Church, 2500 Vincent Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49024.
