Mose Shrock

Mose E. Shrock, 72, of Morley, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2008, at Metropolitan Hospital in Grand Rapids. Mose was a longtime area stonemason, and a member of the Original Michigan Fiddlers Association (OMFA). He was also a member of the Morley American Legion Post #554. Surviving are his special friend, Ella Myers of Morley, and her family; three brothers; one sister; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 3:00 p.m., Monday, December 1, at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids, with burial in the Aetna Cemetery in Morley. Memorial contributions for the OMFA may be left in care of the funeral home, where his family will greet friends on Sunday, November 30, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., and prior to services on Monday.
