Mildred (Midge) Matteson Meyle Passed away peacefully on March 9, 2020. She was born September 26, 1921, in Portage MI. Midge graduated from Portage Agriculture School. Midge married Melvin Meyle on February 16, 1940 and were together 75 years. She owned her own beauty shop in Texas Corners for 20 years. Midge is survived by her three daughters: Judy (Chuck) Moden, Connie Lyons (the late Mike Lyons); and Jan (Doug) Murray; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Preceded her in death was son, David Meyle and husband Melvin Meyle. Midge lived 98 awesome years! A celebration of life will be held this Summer at the family farm.
