Michael Wills

Wills, Michael B. On Saturday, June 29, 2019, Michael B. Wills of Hickory Corners, Michigan, passed away peacefully at age 50. Mike was born on February 22, 1969 in Marshall, Michigan to Bill and Kathleen Wills. On September 28, 1996, he married his best friend and the love of his life, Carrie A. Wills. Mike was, as those who knew him best can attest, a real "character." He was quick-witted, fun, always entertaining, painfully candid, and occasionally inappropriate. He was a very talented painter, a music lover, a fisherman, a history buff, a seasoned pyromaniac, a wonderful cook, and a clever prankster. He lived his life his way, always, and he loved his friends madly. Mike is survived by his wife, Carrie, both of his parents, and his siblings, Cindy Matako, Bill Wills, Glenda Balentine, Lottie Christian, Cecelia Kemp, Rick Wills, and Ester Tabor. Carrie would like those who knew Mike best to remember him how he would have wanted to be remembered, in a t-shirt with the sleeves ripped off, sitting outside or in his Datson 280Z, with a smile on his face while his favorite Dokken songs play in the background.
