Max passed away Saturday morning, January 30, 2021 at his home in Parchment, MI. Max was born July 24, 1933 in Kalamazoo, the son of Bertrum and Ora (Keyser) Harvey. He graduated from Vicksburg High School and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict as an Avionics Technician. Max was a qualified sharpshooter and also served as the base photographer at Thule, Greenland. He was employed prior to and following his military service by KVP (Brown Company, James River Corp.) in Parchment, for over 40 years, until his retirement as a paper tester. Soon after his USAF discharge, he was united in marriage to his loving wife Shirley (Blackburn) on December 7, 1956 who preceded him in death on August 13, 1991. He was also preceded in death by a grand-daughter, Samantha Harvey.
