He was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, received his B.S. in Chemistry from Central Michigan University and his Master’s of Science at the University of Kentucky, Lexington. He was the hero of his family, a great husband and father who could fix any-thing and was often referred to as Mr. Fix-It or Superman. Mark was also a talented woodworker and builder. He left us way too soon. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Kim; sons, Tim, Shawn and Daniel; mother, Judith and Mel Merleno; parents-in-law, Elliot and May Manint; sister, Mrs. Vic (Mary) Torres; brothers, Matthew Scheuer, Michael and Cynthia Scheuer, Mar-tin Scheuer, Maruice and Michelle Scheuer; in-laws, Mark and May Manint, Scott and Ellen Manint, Pam and Tom Ryan; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 480 152nd Ave., with Fr. Char-lie Hall officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cem-etery. Visiting hours are 2-4 and 7-9 Thursday, also at the church, with a prayer vigil at 7:30 p.m. Memorial con-tributions may be made to The Danny Fund, c/o United Federal Credit Union, 12540 Riley St., Holland, 49424, to assist with Danny’s future educational plans.
