Margaret Anne Weinberg, passed away peacefully at home on December 24, 2023, at the age of 73 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Born on September 16, 1950, in East Lansing, Michigan, Maggi was a beacon of love and kindness throughout her life.

Maggi dedicated many years of service as a secretary at The Connable Office, where her gentle demeanor and unwavering professionalism earned her the respect and affection of her colleagues, along with many lasting friendships.

Maggi's interests were a reflection of her loving spirit. She was an avid quilter, creating beautiful works of art that were as much a comfort to others as they were a joy for her to make. She and her mother spent many wonderful hours discussing their next project and visiting the local quilt shops comparing fabrics, colors and patterns. She loved spending time at their cottage in Manistee on Lake Michigan, always looking forward to the beautiful sunsets. It was her sanctuary, a place where she found peace and shared laughter with loved ones. It was there that Maggi's gentle soul was most at home, surrounded by the natural beauty and wild life of northern Michigan.

She is survived by her loving husband, Roger Weinberg, step-son Chad Weinberg, his wife Danielle along with her nephew Lars Rasmussen. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert (Bob) and Margaret (June) Carlson and her sister, Carrie Carlson.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Arrangements are by Bachman Hebble Funeral Service. Personal messages to the family or favorite memories of Maggi may be placed at www.bachmanhebble.com. If anyone would like to make a donation to a charity, please consider your local Hospice or specifically Heartland Hospice (formally Promedica) who were so helpful and kind in their treatment of Maggi.
