LeBRECHT, JOYCE Portage, MI passed away on December 13, 2018. Her family and friends will celebrate her life on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 1515 Helen Ave, Portage, Mi. Visitation from 10-11AM and service at 11AM.
Formerly of Portage M. Joyce LeBrecht, age 91, died surrounded by love on Thursday, December 13, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband Hank LeBrecht, her parents Alvin and Emelia Elliott, her sons, Dale and David LeBrecht, her son-in-law Jack Calvey, and her siblings: Helen Field, Earl Elliott, Sandy Elliott, Lois Daniels, and her twin sister Betty "June" Quinn. Joyce's family includes her children: Carol (Glenn) Williams of Wisconsin, Dean (Mechelle) LeBrecht of California, Amy Calvey of Texas, and Melanie (Phil) Wesa of Illinois; her 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service for Joyce will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be directed to Kalamazoo Loaves and Fishes or to Hospice of Southwest Michigan.
