Lucille Peterson

Peterson, Lucille (Lounsberry) 3/19/1937 - 10/17/2021 Gobles passed away Sunday, October 17th, 2021 in Kalamazoo. Lucille was born March 19, 1937 in Blissfield, MI, daughter of the late Ernest and Esther Goetz. Lucille loved her flowers and gardening. She enjoyed attending gospel concerts and listening to gospel music. More than anything, Lucille's family was her life and she cherished time spent with her children and grandchildren. Surviving are her children, Gary (Marguerite) Lounsberry, Debra Trout, Kevin (Deb) Lounsberry, Brian (Tina) Lounsberry; grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Kristie, Trisha, Danielle, Michal, Matt; 12 great grandchildren; sister, Arlene Lipp. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Vivan Lounsberry who passed March 18, 2002, and Norman Peterson who passed October 5, 2021 and her son-in-law, Ron Trout. The family will meet friends on Monday, October 25, 2021 from 6 – 8 PM at the Gobles Chapel, D. L. Miller Funeral Home, where funeral services will take place on Tuesday at 10 AM, Pastor Gary Lounsberry officiating. Interment will follow in Robinson Cemetery.
