Linda Olinger

Linda Marie Olinger, 66, passed away in the early morning hours of Christmas Day. Born on May 26, 1959 to Bertram "Toad" and Beverly George in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She leaves behind a legacy of selflessness, generosity and a kind, warm spirit that will be missed by all who knew her.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Deborah and Terri Johnson and Allen George. Linda is survived, by her husband of forty-eight years, Dan Olinger; their children Michael (Josh), Jennifer (Troy) Butler, Daniel (Ashley) and Jason (Elle) Olinger. Also surviving are her six grandchildren, Aydin, Tristan, Kenna, Kaelan, Georgia, Aedrik and her brother, Ken George.

Linda spent her life raising and caring for her family, running the family business – Alternative Systems, shopping at local arts and crafts markets, and staying up on the drama of The Young and the Restless and Judge Judy. She kept the party going in her favorite travel spots Las Vegas and New Orleans and at local dive bars with Bombay Sapphire and Tonic. Linda was a super fan of Elvis – who she saw in concert twice and stayed next door to at a motel, The Wizard of Oz and John Wick.
