Kelly L. Page, 83, of Gobles, Michigan passed away at his home on Monday, May 4, 2026 following a lengthy illness. He was born in Allegan, Michigan on August 4, 1942, the son of the late Llewellyn and Esther Page. He was a United States Airforce Veteran and loved duck hunting. Kelly graduated from Western Michigan University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He continued his education at John Marshall Law School, earning his law degree in 1975. That same year, he was admitted to the Michigan Bar, marking the beginning of a distinguished legal career that would span 48 years. Throughout his career, Kelly gained recognition for his dedication and expertise. He was honored by Martindale Hubbell as a Silver Client Champion and achieved the prestigious AV Preeminent Peer Rated Attorney status, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence. Kelly actively participated in the legal community as a member of the Van Buren County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the National Trial Lawyers Association. His practice included representing numerous municipalities in Van Buren County as well as many local businesses. However, his true passion lay in serving individual clients, to whom he was deeply committed. For Kelly, practicing law was more than a profession-it was his true calling. He was among the fortunate few who genuinely loved going to work every day, finding fulfillment in every aspect of his legal practice, especially in his interactions with people. Despite being known for running behind schedule, Kelly never rushed through meetings or conversations. He never turned away someone who needed his help, even if he had a court appearance or other appointments. Kelly's generosity with his time and advice earned him great respect from clients, colleagues, court personnel, and his staff. He built a reputation for being approachable and caring, making a lasting impact on everyone he worked with. Kelly is survived by his wife, Linda Page; their children Erin Page, Emilie Bays, and Jordan Page; grandchildren, Elijah and Emilia; brother, Barron Page. He was preceded in death by brother, Roger Page and sister, Jeretta Odden. Graveside services haven taken place in Spring Grove Cemetery, Bloomingdale Township. Contributions in memory of Kelly may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Journey Family Church of Gobles.
