Keith Clark Edmondson, 69, of McMillan, died Sunday April 14, 2024 at McLaren Northern Michigan-Petoskey.

Born February 14, 1955 in Kalamazoo, son of the late Keith H. and Marguerite (Wood) Edmondson, K.C. was a graduate of LoyNorrix High School in Kalamazoo.

A 35 year resident of Kalamazoo, K.C. was employed as a welder on the Alaskan pipeline and later at Checker Motors. He was a lifelong home renovator. K.C. later moved to Bangor where he owned and operated a cattle farm for 20 years. In 2020, K.C. and his wife, Roberta, moved to the McMillan area where he has been residing. His hobbies included sculpting art from found materials, landscaping, stonework and riding motorcycles.

Survivors include his loving wife, Roberta, of McMillan; siblings Kris (Bill) Paddock of Denver, Colorado, Bob (Noreen) Edmondson of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada and John (Margarita) Edmondson of Charles Town, West Virginia; several nieces and nephews.

"We shouldn't grieve – we should be confident that K.C. now has a much happier existence.

All that was K.C. still exists only the physical body that carried him around is gone. No matter what – all of our lives continue on, hopefully with each new experience we gain knowledge and valuable insight to make our own existence worthwhile."

Per request, cremation services were accorded with no public services scheduled.

Memorials may be directed to Newberry Area Ministerial Association (NAMA), P.O. Box 443, Newberry, Mich. 49868 in his loving memory.
