Kasey Thomas Martin Bowen, born February 9, 1986 to Greg and Tracy "Hoehne" Bowen in Kalamazoo, Michigan, passed away in Walled Lake, Michigan, on March 11, 2025. From his earliest days, Kasey's vibrant spirit, warmth, and humor brought light and joy into every room he entered, leaving a profound impact on everyone he encountered.

Growing up in Vicksburg, Kasey spent countless happy days fishing with neighborhood friends on Gourdneck Lake, playing quarterback in Rocket football and later proudly leading his high school team. He graduated from Vicksburg High School in 2004, eager to embrace life's next adventures. Kasey obtained his associate's degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College in 2006, and then earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University in 2009.

Professionally, Kasey's determination was unmistakable. He joined Parker Hannifin as an office administrator in 2013, quickly distinguishing himself through relentless hard work. Rising through the ranks, he became an esteemed outside sales account manager specializing in the Electric Vehicle industry, beloved by coworkers and clients alike.

Known affectionately within his close family as "Tuka," as well as an "aggressive go-getter" and playful goofball, Kasey made deep, lasting friendships effortlessly. His extraordinary ability to genuinely connect with others allowed him to maintain lifelong relationships, never letting anyone drift out of touch. His laughter was contagious, and he often went out of his way to spread joy, famously dressing up as Elf-his favorite movie character-to surprise family members during holidays.

Kasey lived life with remarkable passion and enthusiasm. His love for jet skiing, drone photography, golfing, fishing, and exploring remote beaches kept him constantly engaged and energized. An avid sports fan, Kasey passionately supported University of Michigan football, eagerly attending games and enthusiastically cheering for his team.

Above all, Kasey cherished his family deeply. He and his mother shared an unmistakably close bond-she was his biggest fan in life and his constant cheerleader. Kasey's relationship with his father was filled with meaningful moments spent throwing the football in the front yard, and exploring the beautiful Michigan outdoors they both deeply loved. Kasey treasured childhood memories spent alongside his sister Kyla and cousins Troy and Senika at their grandparents' pool. His love for his family was mirrored in his sincere care and passion for helping others, always putting people first. In recent years, Kasey found great solace and strength in his faith, leaning on the Lord to guide him through life's journey. His ultimate dream was simple yet heartfelt: to find his soulmate, start a family, and share his life and home with a beloved dog.

Kasey is lovingly survived by his father Greg (Jan) Bowen; sister Kyla (Matthew) Morgan; stepsister Andraya Blank and her children, Ember and Eli Taylor; Aunt Guila and Uncle Mike Harrison; Aunt Pam and Uncle Ron Lash; Aunt Barb Bowen and Uncle Tim Talaski; Aunt Jane and Uncle Curtis Polly; numerous cousins that meant a great deal to him; and countless friends who felt more like family. Kasey was preceded in death by his mother, Tracy "Hoehne" Bowen, and his grandparents Tom and Bev Bowen, and Martin and Velda Hoehne.

Kasey's legacy is one of boundless positivity, humor, unwavering determination, and deep, passionate love for his family, friends, and life's adventures. His memory will forever inspire, uplift, and live on vividly in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
