Lem, Judy Ann (Dolhay) Judy Lem, age 74, of Vicksburg, went home to be with the Lord and rejoined her beloved son Todd, who preceded her in death. Judy passed on Monday, March 18, 2019 surrounded by family who loved her dearly. Judy was born November 13, 1944 in Kalamazoo, MI, the daughter of Louis and Carolyn (Stewart) Dolhay. On May 31, 1961, she was united in marriage to Jack Lem Sr. and enjoyed 57 wonderful years together. Judy worked at Western Michigan University for over 15 years and retired in 2001. Judy is survived and deeply missed by her husband, Jack; a son Jack Lem Jr.; daughter Robin Lem; son Patrick (Kimberly) Lem; grandkids, Jack Lem III, Elizabeth Lem, Anthony Gauna, Joe Gauna, Brie Gauna, Zachary Lem, and Alyssa Lem; great-grandkids Mickey Lem, Morgan Lem, Mason Wolfe, her little Johnny Northrop, with whom she had a special bond; and brothers, Rick Dolhay, Steven "Bud" Dolhay, John (Patti) Dolhay, Joe Dolhay; sister Susie (Mike) Birkhold; and several cousins, nieces and nephews that she adored. She was preceded in death by her son, Todd, her parents, her brother Robert Dolhay, sister Carol "Lynn" Converse, nephews John Paul Converse and Tim Birkhold; and great-nephew Eric Hartwell. Judy loved to travel with her family to Myrtle Beach, shopping, arts & crafts, and bowling. She loved having family and friends cookouts and going out with her WMU girlfriends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 21 from 2-4 & 6-8PM at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. A funeral service will be held Friday, March 22 at 11:00AM at Southridge Reformed Church, 6726 Texas Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49009 with a luncheon to follow. Interment will be in Mt.
