Judith Reynolds

Reynolds (Earl) , Judith 9/1/1941 - 7/9/2022 Kalamazoo, Michigan Was adopted but her real name was Edith Myrtle Van Horn. She was born in Marshall, Michigan and lived in Kalamazoo most of her life. She passed away peacefully in her home. Because of her strong Irish Heritage, she was very spirited, but her kindness and love made everyone who knew her the luckiest person in the world. She would call others on the phone once a week, just to make sure everyone was doing okay. Her grandchildren meant everything to her and cared for them when her daughters had to work long hours. Even though the grandchildren are grown now, memories of grandma will forever be with them, for she was an amazing person. Our family and her beloved friends will miss the vibrant woman who will be in our hearts forever. She is preceded in death by her loving parents Charles Ray Van Horn (Union City, Michigan) who passed away in 1947 and Loretta Weller Filson (Ireland) passing away in a car accident in 1952. She is also preceded in death by her brothers Charles F. Van Horn (Burlington, Michigan) and George Daniel Van Horn (Newton, Michigan). Her sisters Clara Yankee (Jackson, Michigan) and Amanda Jane Van Horn (Newton, Michigan) precedes her in death also. She leaves behind 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
