Jonathan Charles Saines

Jonathan Charles Saines, age 28, passed away in Allegan, MI, on February 10, 2024. Jonathan was born in Rockville, MD, on October 5, 1995. He lived most of his life in the region of Jackson, MI, graduating from Jackson County Western High School. Jonathan loved golfing with his dad, building things with his grandfather, and spending time at Lake Michigan. He was a loyal friend to all, and he loved spending time with his family. Jonathan will be lovingly remembered by his parents: Charlie (Lisa) Saines and Gina (Ron) Cornacchia; grandparents, Gerald and Nelva DeBoer; three step-siblings: Josh, Kayla, and Tristan Warwick; aunts and uncles: Marla (Mike) Heatley, Rhonda (Mark) Hill, Sue (Clink) Cross, and Sarah (Ben) Stauffer; and cousins: Gaiden and Colten Heatley, Andrew and Ethan Hill, Ashley (Myles) Gaarde and Jake (Libby) Cross, and Austin and Maddi Stauffer. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ken and Katie Saines. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held for Jonathan at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at The Sytsema Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 737 E. Apple Ave, Muskegon, MI, 49442, with VISITATION taking place an hour prior. Memorial contributions may be made to The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
