Jerry Howard Allison

Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 27, 2007. Jerry was born in Jackson, MI, April 30, 1946, the son of Leland & Ethel (Cummings) Allison. Jerry held a passion for music and could often be found at the piano or the organ, which he played for several years at the Gull Lake Bible Church. He focused his career around computers, stemming back to the early 70's and worked as a programmer for several companies. For much of his life Jerry lived in San Francisco and as the song states, "left his heart there." He was a proud father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a son, Brad Allison; a daughter, Kimberly Wester; two grandchildren, Brooke & Jacob Wester; former wife, Patricia (Carley) Stuart; a brother, Bob (Sharyl) Allison; and his family friend, Craig Wilson. Friends will be received during a memorial visitation held at the funeral home on Thursday, November 1, 2007 from 6-8PM. Memorial contributions in his honor may be made to the Allison family.
