James Reeves

Reeves, James 6/24/1952 - 4/14/2023 Delton, MI James "Jimbo" Reeves, age 70, passed away peacefully early on the morning of April 14th in the comfort of his lakeside home. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Ida and Everett Reeves. He is survived by his beloved wife, Dawn Reeves, his children, Graham (Rachel) Reeves and Marsha (Paul) Hazen, as well as his treasured grandchildren, Madeline, Milo, Margot and Quin. He was also survived by his siblings, John (Rosalie) Reeves, Jane (Manny) Gutierrez, Thomas (Katherine) Reeves and Mark (Paula) Reeves. Jim was a free spirit who lived life with reckless abandon. He was an incredible cook, music enthusiast, and artist. Jim took great pleasure in painting pumpkins for the local library and creating cartoons that showcased his sharp wit and sense of humor. He enjoyed bird watching and provided a loving home for many pets throughout his life. Jim was a loving father, a kind husband, and a loyal friend. The world is a richer place for his time here.
