James Maat

James L. Maat, age 66, of Holland, passed away Mon-day, June 28, 2010, at Hol-land Hospital. James was a greens keep-er at the Holland County Club for many years. He had served in the National Guard and was a member of the American Legion. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Aileen Maat; and brothers, Robert H. Maat and Warren D. Maat. He is survived by sisters-in- law, Mary Maat of Hol-land, Amy Maat of Holland; several nephews, nieces, cousins. A graveside service will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, July 1, 2010, at Pilgrim Home Cemetery ( south side of 16th Street). Rev. John R. Meengs, Dn. will be offi-ciating. Arrangements are by Lakeshore Memorial Services.
