BULLIMENT - Harold Clyde Bulliment, age 95, went to be with his Lord, Wednesday, July 27, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Bessie Bulliment; first wife, Maxine Bulliment (DePuit); his son, James Bulliment; his son-in-law, Chuck Karston; and his sister, Virginia Burton. Harold will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Sharon (John) Van Dam; his grandchildren, Charles (Laura) Karston, Kelley (Jerry) Aungst, Todd Bulliment, Melissa Bulliment (Tom Collins); his great grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan and Finn Aungst, Anna, Libby and Charlie Karston; his brother, Robert Bulliment (Pat Austin); his second wife, Margaret Bulliment and her children; his brother-in-law, Clyde Burton; and his nieces and nephews. Harold was a veteran of WWII, serving in the 78th Lightning Infantry Division of the US Army. He was employed by Cole's Laundry and worked at Bay Haven Marina in his retirement. Harold later spent many retirement years at Tara Village in Leesburg, FL. Harold enjoyed his family, friends and was an avid boater. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 19, at Cook Funeral Home in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW. Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, August 20, with visitation prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m., at the Cook Memorial Chapel (east building). The family would like to thank the staff at Waldon Woods Retirement Village for the care and kindness bestowed upon Harold. The family appreciates the expressions of caring from residents and their families. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Grandville-Jenison Congregational Church or the American Diabetes Association .
