Gloria Mae Puchter

Gloria Mae Puchter, age 91, passed away unexpectedly Monday, April 29, 2024, at Ascension All Saints Hospital. She was born in Streator, IL, September 2 1932, daughter of the late Andrew and Hilda (Nee:Adams) Sulsdorf.

On September 4, 1954, she was united in marriage to Fredrick W. Puchter who passed away July 10, 1997. Gloria loved animals. She enjoyed floral design, crafts, and watching history, educational channels and old classic shows on the television. Her passion was family and she enjoyed visits to relatives especially the many trips to Canada. Gloria was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her son Pete (Janet) Puchter; her grandchildren Nick and Jamie Puchter; her great grandchildren, Sammy, Chloe,Marcus and Reagan; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her son, Robert.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Monday, May 6, 2024, at 11 am with Reverend Laura Fladten officiating. Relatives and friends may meet prior to the service 10-11 am. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
