Gloria Hardy, age 86, of Holland, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2008, at Tender Care Nursing Home.
Gloria retired from Parke- Davis and was a member of the VFW Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent J. Hardy, in 1968; a son, Dennis Hardy, in 1980.
She is survived by her children, Vincent Hardy of Grant, MI, James Hardy of Fruitport, Richard and Sandy Hardy of Zeeland, Scott and Deb Hardy of Holland; 10 grandchildren; several great- grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie VanHees of Grand Haven, Betty Vander Heide of West Olive, Harriet and Kenneth Makin of Grand Haven, Dorothy and Walter Bohenick of Grand Haven, Sally Weingarten of Naples, FL; brothers and sister-in-law, Dick Bradley of Walkerville, Don and Judy Hardy of Holland; many nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2008 in the Chapel of Faith at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, 994 Paw Paw Drive in Holland. Rev. Joe Coffman will be officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday 12-1 p.m. at the Chapel of Faith. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland. Arrangements are by Lakeshore Memorial Services
