In 1969, while living in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Dale and Dana welcomed their second son, Brent. Dale's career with Upjohn lasted 20 good years. In 1987, he returned to California and married his second wife, Kathy Klug. Dale went on to help create and lead several successful pharmaceutical distribution business ventures where he served as COO.
