Glenda S. Campbell

Glenda S. Campbell, age 77, of Kalamazoo, Michigan went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 24, 2023, after a brief illness. Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan to the late Glen and Jeanne (Jaarsma) Vose, she is preceded in death by her parents, brother Henry Vose and grandson Brady Kollin. Glenda retired from the City of Kalamazoo as a housing inspector, and served as a Board Member for the Michigan Association of Housing Officials for many years as well. Her faith was important to her and she was a long-time member of Bethany Reformed Church, participating in their community programs and had served as a Deacon in the past. Glenda never hesitated to offer assistance to those in need, and served her Lord by holding up others. She enjoyed working around her house and yard, her Bible study group, traveling and most of all, spending time with her large family. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. Campbell, and children, Lorraine (James) Kollin, Scott (Tammy) Wagner, and Mikkel Wagner, as well as numerous grandchildren and several great grandchildren. At Glenda's request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service is planned for 11:00 am. on Saturday, September 9th at Bethany Reformed Church (1833 S. Burdick St, Kalamazoo, MI 49001 -- Parking is available behind the church, off of Reed Street).
