Geraldine (Clifford) Witte

WITTE (nee CLIFFORD) - Geraldine, Lee (Clifford) Witte, age 68, passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, Feb. 20, 2011. Gerrie was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Gerald Clifford; and by her husband, Paul Witte. She is survived by her children, Michael (Willhemina) Witte and Mary Witte; brother, Tom (Christine) Clifford; sister, Jeananne Vanderwood; brother-in-laws, William Witte, James (Pamela) Witte, Joe (Annette) Witte, Edward Witte, Jerome (Bertie) Witte, Joseph Schichtel; sisters-in-law, Lorraine (Robert) Faber, Teresa Bennink, Margaret (Roger) Hager, Emily Kozlowicz, Cathy (Kurt) VanderHyde, Rose (Ben) Jonaitis, Donna (Al) Workman; and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and friends. Gerrie was an active member of Holy Spirit Parish for the past 33 years. She served on the funeral luncheon committee, altar society, was rental coordinator and Eucharistic Minister. She was always willing to step in when things needed to get done. Gerrie will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place. Her family will receive visitors Thursday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Arsulowicz Brothers, Remembrance Mortuary, 3525 Remembrance Rd., where a Rosary will be prayed Thursday at 7:00 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Church, where her family will receive visitors at church one hour prior to mass.
