Hoag, Frederick D. Frederick D. Hoag passed away July 22, 2020. He was born January 22, 1939 in Kalamazoo to the late Fred and Maryann (Newburry) Hoag. Fred was a man of few words; to him, actions spoke volumes. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Barbara Aitkin. Fred leaves behind his loving wife of 53 years, Whitney (Handelsman) Hoag; daughters, Heather J. (Gene) Dula and Stephanie J. (William) Kingsley; two grandsons, Ethan and Seth Dula; brother, John (Janet) Hoag; as well as several nieces and nephews. A private graveside service has been held for the family with full military honors presented by the United States Navy and the VFW Post 3030.
