Frances Hall

Hall, Frances Portage Age 76, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021. Frances was born in Allegan, on January 20, 1945, the daughter of Donald and Mabel (Cline) English. On February 1, 1974, she married Willard "Will" Hall, who survives her. She worked for many years as an Administrative Assistant for Portage Public Schools. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Kenneth McHalek of Sharpsburg, GA; a grandson, Landon McHalek; sisters, Jean Correll and Shirley Krieger; nieces and nephews and many, many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Stephen Hall; and a brother, Roy English. The family is planning a private service. She will be laid to rest at Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Portage United Church of Christ, Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, or Kalamazoo Gospel Mission, c/o the funeral home.
