Eva Nickles (Mulder)

NICKLES, EVA ROSE (MULDER)

On May 25, 2013 Eva Rose Nickles, age 44, passed unexpectedly from this life to eternal life in the loving presence of Jesus her Savior. Eva was born near Gallup, NM on June 29, 1968 and lived in Grand Rapids, MI since 1984. After high school she attended Calvin College and worked for United Parcel Services. In 1999 a crushing auto accident changed her life, but not her dream-filled, fun-loving spirit. Eva is survived by her children Cassandra (Cassi) and Curtis, and Cassi’s boyfriend Josh Cross and grandson Kaiden; her parents Al and Darlene Mulder of Grand Rapids; her sisters Bonny (and Jahan) Mulder Behnia of Bellflower, CA, Diane (and Joe) Garcia of Gallup, NM and Carla Huber of Gallup, NM; many uncles and aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces, and grand nephews and nieces. Eva was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Gary Huber. Eva dearly loved her family and friends, and her beloved dogs Lobo, Bruiser, and grand-dog Nero. A celebration of Eva’s life will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Madison Square Church, 1441 Madison SE in Grand Rapids, with opportunity to greet family members one hour before and one hour after the service.
