EPPINK-DEVRIES – Mrs. Ellen “June” DeVries aged 89, of Grand Rapids, passed away on October 21, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Marvin Eppink and John DeVries. June is survived by her children, Michael (Annette) Eppink, Ross (Denise) Eppink , Joe (Ralph) Eppink, Linda (Dave) Vanderzon, Julie (Tom) Linscott, and John (Denise) DeVries; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Peggy Nevins; sisters-in-law, Joanne Gritter and Marjorie Eppink; and numerous nieces and nephews June was a long time member of Calvary Church who was known and loved by many. The Funeral Service will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes, 2120 Lake Michigan Dr. NW. Her family will gather for community support from 4-7 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment in Rosedale Memorial Park. Contributions in her memory may be made to American Cancer Society.
