Edward Markosky

MARKOSKY - Edward Gerard Markosky, age 63, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at Spectrum Health, Butterworth Campus. He was the past president and current board member of the West Michigan Blues Society. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Lucy, brother, Dick Markosky, sisters-in-law, Marion Markosky and Henrietta Markosky. Ed is survived by his sons, Troy and Lee Markosky, Gary and Michelle Markosky, Darin and Susan Markosky; grandchildren, Jessica, Trevor, Kelli, Brett, Rachel, and Emma; sisters, Virginia and Bert Reus, Marge and Howie Friar; brothers, David Markosky, John Markosky; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 23, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Fr. Joseph Kenshol officiating. Inurnment Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to the Fred and Lena Meijer Heart Center.
