Devendorf , Earlene (Tootie) 4/29/1925 - 4/10/2020 South Lyon, MI Earlene "Tootie" Devendorf (Harback) died on April 10, 2020 in South Lyon, MI of Covid-19. Tootie was the daughter of Julius Glen and Geraldine (Brooks) Harback. She was born in Warsaw, IN and moved to the Kalamazoo area when she was eight years old. Most recently she resided at Cambrian Senior Living in South Lyon, MI. Tootie graduated from Western Michigan State High School then worked for Bell Telephone Company. In 1947 she married Donley M. Devendorf and had three children, Dan (Kate) of Northville, MI, Barbara of Cincinnati, OH and Scott of Hilton Head, SC. She later worked at Gilmore Bros Department store and retired from the Western Michigan Campus Bookstore. Tootie is survived by her three children, daughter-in-law and four grandchildren, Emily and Molly Devendorf and Lauren and Matthew Devendorf. She was predeceased by her husband, parents and three siblings Robert Harback,Marilyn Goff and Jim Harback. Also surviving are multiple nieces and nephews. Graveside service will take place at a future date at St. John's Chrysostom in Delafield, WI. Memorials can be made to the Covid-19 Relief Fund, 333 W.
