Donna J. Lingbeek

Donna was born January 15, 1954 in Kalamazoo the daughter of Donald and Joyce (Denner) Schreuder and went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, January 4, 2020. Donna was a member of Heritage Christian Reformed Church and was known for her love of her family. She especially enjoyed the time spent at her grandchildren's various activities. On April 26, 1974 she was united in marriage to her loving husband, Richard D. Lingbeek, who survives. Also surviving are their 3 children, Todd (Julia) Lingbeek, Mark Lingbeek (Angie Boot), Tracy Lingbeek; 4 beloved grandchildren, Hanna, Kyle, Audrey, and Zohie; mother-in-law, Nell Lingbeek; sisters, Sandy Szymczak, Lisa (Bob) Bonnema; sisters-in-law, Carol (Pat) Schewe, Jan (Bruce) Berkenpas; and several nieces and nephews. Donna was preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law, Dick Lingbeek; sister and brother-in-law, Cathy and Dave Herson; sister, Sue Schreuder; and brother-in-law, Roy Szymczak. Friends may meet the family from 2-4pm and 6-8pm Wednesday, January 8 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial and Cremation Services, 3926 South 9th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Thursday, January 9 at Heritage Christian Reformed Church, 2857 South 11th Street. Interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery.
