ROTIER - Mrs. Dawn E. (Faught) Rotier, age 92, of Sparta and formerly of Rockford, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday morning, April 10, 2011. She graduated in 1936 from Union High School and was a former member of Trinity Christian Reformed Church in Sparta. Dawn was a homemaker who also worked at Herpolsheimer's Department Store. From 1964 until 1978, she and her husband, Glenn Rotier, Sr. owned North Kent Glass and Paint Store in Sparta. The store was sold to their son, Darrell. She is survived by her loving children, Glenn, Jr. and Lynne Rotier of Rockford, and Darrell and Sandra Rotier of Kent City; her grandchildren, Nichelle Rotier of Belize, Renee and Steve Dengler of Rockford, Brett and Tina Rotier of Gilbert, AZ, and Scott and Jackie Rotier of San Jose, CA; great-grandchildren, Dominic Rotier, Boston Dengler, Jetta Dengler, Theoris Rotier, and Addison Rotier; brother-in-law, Melbourne Rotier; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Rotier, Sr. on November 25, 1981.
