David was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings: Peggy Ann VanderSlik, Donald Lawrence Worline III, Keith Robert Worline. Members of his family include: Son- Craig Allen (Sarah) Worline. Granddaughter- Sydney Alexus Worline. 10 siblings: Patricia Joan (Bill) Raymond, Timothy James (Sue) Worline, Kathryn Mary Humbert, Steven J Worline, Peter G (ED) Emond-Worline, Michael Bannigan (Connie) Worline, Phillip Moore (Shannon) Worline, Paul A (Nikki) Worline, Christine T (Bruce) Bradford, Shawn (Janice) Worline.
