David Gibson

Gibson, David L. Formerly of Kalamazoo David passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016 in the Scenic Pointe View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Millersburg, OH at the age of 65. He was born on May 12, 1951 in Richard City, TN the son of Luther M. and Hazel L (Brooks) Gibson. David graduated from Loy Lorrix High School and then entered the US Army in 1970. He loved playing pool, hotrods, sports cars and pretty girls. David was a fun, vibrant and robust young man. David was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a sister and her husband, Sherri & Terry Howe of Kalamazoo and a niece, Abby Howe of Mt. Pleasant. Cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will be held from 4-7PM on Friday, October 28th at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street. Inurnment in Ft. Custer National Cemetery will be held on Monday, October 31st at 11AM. Those wishing to attend should be in the cemetery cortege area by 10:45.
