Dale Ford

Age 80 passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018. Dale was born in Kalamazoo, on September 5, 1938 the son of Farrell and Irene (Brinks) Ford. He was married to Patricia (Baker) Ford for 50 years. Pat preceded him in death in 2013. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to fish. Dale was very outgoing and had a great sense of humor. His primary love was his family. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Dolph (Russell Petit) of Portage; his son, Darren Ford of Kalamazoo; a grandson, Michael (Becca) Dolph of Richland; a great-grandson, Aiden Dolph; his sister, Elsie Autry of Portage; an aunt, Ruby Layne of Kalamazoo; several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife Pat, he was preceded in death by parents; a son, Dale Jr.; a brother, Donald Ford. The family is planning a service at Ft. Custer National Cemetery in the spring.
