Clara Schnyders

Schnyders, Clara Kalamazoo Clara Schnyders passed away Friday morning, March 18, 2022, in Kalamazoo, MI. She was born September 11, 1930, in Grant Park, IL. First born child of Rudolph and Anna (Stalman) Evenhouse. She and her husband, Don, owned Schnyders Greenhouses in Portage for over 30 years. Clara is preceded in her death by Donald who died on February 15, 2002. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Donald J. Schnyders; a great-grandson; and siiblings, Anjean Robinson, Bob Evenhouse, and John Evenhouse. Clara is survived by her children, Sandy (Tim) DeLoof, Cindie (Denny) Dusseljee, Sheri (John) Bucy, Doug Schnyders, and Brenda (Rob) Wilkins; ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Darlene (David) Boeskool, Judy (Bob) Doorlag, and Nancy (Ron) VanderMuelen; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5 to 7pm Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services, 411 E. Centre Ave, Portage MI 49002. Funeral services will be held 11am Friday, March 25, 2022, at Southridge Reformed Church, 6726 Texas Drive. Private graveside service.
