Catherine Marion (Olsen) Gonzalez "Coffee" passed away Monday 4/2/2018 Catherine was born 2/16/1941. The daughter of Robert and Edith (Meyer) Olsen. Catherine was a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo, MI Catherines favorite things to do were watching westerns, cooking, baking, and grilling at the park. Catherine was a Chef at the Radisson Hotel for many years Catherine is survived by her children. Eloisa Olsen Gonzalez Smith, Guadalupe Longoria Gonzalez Jr., Gerardo Longoria Gonzalez, Antonio Longoria Gonzalez, Angelita Ann Gonzalez, several grandchildren and great grandchildren Catherine was proceeded in death by three children. Ramon Robert Gonzalez, Teresa kay Olsen Gonzalez, and Kenneth luis Gonzalez In accordance with her wishes Catherines body has been donated for medical study, then creamation will take place. A private celebration of her life will be announced at a later date
