Carl Milito

Carl J. Milito, aged 86, of Grand Rapids, passed into eternal life on Friday, February 1, 2008. Carl lived his whole life with a smile and he is now smiling in Heaven. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret; sisters and brothers, Rosaria (Mario) Lauria, Joseph (Rose) Milito, Peter Milito, Rose (Thomas) Brower; nieces and nephews, James Milito, Laura Milito, Michael Milito, Joe Lauria. He is survived by his brother, Joachim "Jack" (Francine) Milito; sister-in-law, Anne Milito; numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans for the excellent care given to Carl. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday 11:00 a.m. at St. Andrews Cathedral, with Fr. Steven Cron as Celebrant. The family will be at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel to greet friends and relatives Saturday 2 to 5 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 5 p.m. with a Rosary Sunday at 4 p.m. and Monday at St. Andrew from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
