Age 94 of Kalamazoo went to be with the Lord on Monday morning, September 15, 2025. Jean was born in Kalamazoo on December 25, 1930, the daughter of Otto Wayne and Edna May (Patterson) Allen. A funeral service in witness to Jean's life and faith will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Texas Corners Bible Church, 7780 S. 8th St., Kalamazoo. Friends may call on the family one hour prior to the service at the church beginning at 10:00 a.m. and following the service. Jean will be laid to rest at Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park, South.
