Barbara Boros

BOROS (Sparta) - Barbara Adeliade Boros, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at her home unexpectedly. She was a Sparta High School graduate and then recieved her associates from Stephens University in Columbia, MO. She was a talented artist and did some hand painting on select furniture for a local furniture factory. She was preceded in death by her son, Paul, in 1981. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Robert; daughter, Carla; son, Andrew; sister, Paul Emmons; niece, Angela and Tim May; nephew, Tim and Deb Emmons. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 14, 11 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church with Rev. Brian Schneider-Thomas officiating. Interment in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Conklin. Friends may meet the family at the funeral home on Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday at the church one hour prior to the service.
