Aspasia "Tedi" Clark

Clark, Aspasia "Tedi" Aspasia "Tedi" Clark, age 84, of Portage passed away October 12, 2022 at her home. She was born November 27, 1937 in Grand Rapids to the late George and Angeline Theodore. Tedi loved life and was loved by so many people. She had a special place in her heart for children, especially babies, and worked as a secretary at Green Meadow Elementary in Comstock for 20 years. Tedi enjoyed classical country music, camping, fishing, and traveling, especially the 26 winters spent in Florida with husband, Jim. Tedi was preceded in death by her parents and first husband, Neil Anderson. She is survived by her husband, James Clark; children, Deborah (Thomas) Typinski, Steve (Dana) Anderson, Russ (Tina) Clark, and Rick (Lauren) Clark; grandchildren, Thomas Typinski, Zachary (Mary) Typinski, Spencer (Taylor) Typinski, Colby Clark, and Austin Clark; great-grandchildren, Aurelia and Oliver James Typinski; as well as step-grandchildren, Amber (Jonathan) Vanderlind and Erik Clark. Visitation will be Monday, October 17 from 5-7:00pm at Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial and Cremation Services, 3926 S 9th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. A funeral service will take place Tuesday, October 18 at 11:00am at Zion Lutheran Church, 2122 Bronson Blvd, Kalamazoo, MI 49008. A luncheon will immediately follow. Interment will take place in Portage South Cemetery. Contributions in Tedi's memory may be made to Zion Lutheran Church Friends of Jesus Preschool or Centrica Care Navigators.
